Jorge Lorenzo has confirmed his strong Brno form by retaining the top practice position in the final free session before qualifying on Saturday morning. Friday's best time has been lowered by over two tenths of a second although Dani Pedrosa has overcome the initial Yamaha dominance by slotting his Honda into second place.
With Spaniards leading the way at the top of the second practice session's official classification, Lorenzo headed the timesheets with 1.56.331 as team-mate Valentino Rossi dropped to third position behind the Honda.
