Honda to stick with MotoGP

The Japanese bike and car manufacturer Honda Motor Co has said it will continue to race in MotoGP. Honda did confirm it will soon take a decision on its plans for motocross and motorcycle trials but they will not stop their MotoGP programme.

Honda did confirm it is looking at the various options for any other form of racing apart from MotoGP. "We have not formally decided yet but we have been looking into the option of pulling out," Honda spokesman Akemi Ando told Reuters. "It is something we have been thinking about for a while since we pulled out of Formula One. We have no plans to leave MotoGP."
