Ankle injury for Lorenzo

Yamaha rider Jorge Lorenzo has crashed heavily in Friday's first free practice session in China. The Spaniard has chipped bone in his left ankle. The team hopes Lorenzo will be able to continue his Chinese Grand Prix weekend on Saturday.

Due to his heavy crash on Friday morning Lorenzo was brought to the Huashan hospital in Shanghai for an x-ray and examination. He had to miss Friday's second free practice session.
