Stoner dominates Valencia on Friday

World champion Casey Stoner was also the fastest rider in Valencia on Friday afternoon. The Ducati rider completed his fastest lap in 1.32.968. Tech 3 rider Sylvain Guintoli surprised a few as he completed the second fastest lap this afternoon.

At Repsol Honda Dani Pedrosa had to do with a third fastest time in Friday's second free practice session. The Spaniard eyes a home victory on Sunday he said earlier this week. Valentino Rossi is struggling in Spain. The Italian faced the gravel halfway into the session but managed to stay on his bike. He completed the 8th fastest time.
