Capirossi confirms Suzuki switch
16 August 2007Loris Capirossi has confirmed he will ride for Suzuki next season. Ducati upset the Italian when it announced that Marco Melandri would replace him in 2008. However, Capirossi is happy his future is sorted and looking forward to teaming up with Chris Vermeulen.
"I am happy with the five years spent at Ducati because they were exciting seasons and we won some good races together. But now it's time for a change and to try new challenges," he told Italian media.
