West could replace Jacque at Donington

19 June 2007

Anthony West will most likely replace Olivier Jacques at Kawasaki during the upcoming British Grand Prix at Donington. The Australian impressed the team during Monday's test session at Circuit de Catalunya.

After a visit to the hospital Randy de Puniet should be fit enough to race again, and as said he will most likely be joined by Anthony West. A spokesperson of the team would not confirm nor deny the news. "We will announce or riders for the British Grand Prix," a Kawasaki spokesman told GPUpdate.net. "We can not go into any rumours on our riders, everyone has to wait until we announce or riders this Thursday."
