No broken bones for Pedrosa

Dani Pedrosa underwent precautionary medical tests at a Barcelona hospital on Monday. The Spaniard crashed out of the Turkish Grand Prix on Sunday in the opening lap together with Jacques, Edwards and Vermeulen. X-rays showed no broken bones fortunately.

The x-rays on Pedrosa's neck and chest showed heavy bruising, but no fractures and thus Pedrosa and his medical advisors can now give him a structured recovery plan in order to get ready for the fourth round of the 2007 MotoGP world championship which will take place in less than two weeks in China.

Pedrosa will have to wear a neck brace for several days to avois sudden movements in his neck.
