Gresini riders on top in Jerez
27 March 2007 / ResultsMarco Melandri and his team-mate Toni Elias were the two fastest drivers in Jerez on Wednesday at the second and final day of testing. Randy de Puniet was third.
In Jerez testing continued with twelve riders on Tuesday. Jerez race winner Valentino Rossi concentrated on their setups rather than completing a fast lap at the track in the South of Spain.
Aprilia test rider Alex Debon joined the other MotoGP riders for a day of testing.
There is now a three-week break until the third round of the 2007 MotoGP Championship, which will take place at the Istanbul Park circuit in Turkey on 22nd April.
