Heavy crash for Jacque in Qater
13 February 2007 / ResultsKawasaki rider Olivier Jacques suffered from a heavy crash in today's Qatar test. The 33-year-old Frenchman banged his head in a crash at turn two and was forced to go to the nearest hospital for observation.
After today's test the team declared that Jacques was doing well. Apart from the sore head Jacque was uninjured, but a decision as to whether the Frenchman will continue testing tomorrow will be delayed until his condition has been fully assessed.
